Returns
- We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to this policy.
